Are there certificates? ▾
Yes. Certificates are available after you complete the required quizzes and submit the final project for that course.
What software do I need? ▾
We cover Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Krita, and Clip Studio Paint. Each course page lists the recommended tools and brushes (if any).
Can I get a refund? ▾
We offer a 14-day refund policy if you haven’t completed more than 20% of the course content. If you’re unsure, message us before purchasing.
How fast do I get access after payment? ▾
Access is usually instant. In rare cases (bank verification delays), it can take up to 15 minutes. If it’s longer, send a question with your email and payment timestamp.
Can I switch the email on my account? ▾
Yes. Ask from your current email and include the new address. For security, we confirm ownership before updating.
